The initiators of the Gators Galore 2002 are The Van Liebig Art Center and the Boys & Girls Club

Between January and April 2002 sixty-nine alligator sculptures will be placed all over town. The alligator sculptures are made by over 60 artistes and sponsered by over sixty companies and organizations.
